Avocado Hass

The avocado is a fruit that is gaining ever more ground in the kitchen. The avocado owes its popularity to its mild taste, the wide range of applications in the kitchen and, especially, its health properties. Fruits are round to pear-shaped. There are several types of avocados on the market; the Hass variety is by far the most important.

Transport To halt the ripening process, avocados are transported at a temperature of 5˚C.
