Baby Banana

A real banana in appearance, and a real eye-catcher in size. Mini bananas are only 6 to 8 centimetres long. In terms of flavour, mini bananas hold their own against their longer counterparts. Yellow mini bananas are delicious and sweet. Their thinner peel makes this banana variety easier to peel lengthwise.

Transport and storage: Mini bananas require refrigerated transport and storage. As a guide, maintain a temperature of 10 to 13˚C.

Shop: The mini banana prefers to be refrigerated, but can also be presented on the regular shelf.
